After she stopped cooperating with the Screamfilms, Neve Campbell will soon make a glorious comeback in the seventh installment of the film franchise.
The famous actress says she will finally receive “proper compensation” for her important role in the film. “For years I acted in films for an amount of money peanuts was compared to what male leads are paid for similar roles. After I complained extensively about this in the press, it turned out that the right people had listened to me. They made me a very strong financial proposal. At the time I felt that I had to stand up for myself and other actresses. I don’t know a single man who would work on a film franchise for a quarter of a century for the amount the film studio gave me.”
