One of the most successful series on Amazon Prime Video is The Boys. It offers a lot of drama, a lot of violence and a lot of sex, but also interesting stories about politics, superheroes and illness. The series is already in its fourth season and the first trailer has now been released.
That trailer is mainly full of blood, although in the approximately 2.5 minutes that the trailer lasts you also get an idea of what is going on, with the presidential elections predominating. In the last season we discovered that one of the characters is terminal and in season 4 we see how this person deals with it. With this, The Boys takes a new, dark direction, while in the meantime the not too cheerful political problems in the United States are taking place.
The Boys season 4
The Boys stars Karl Urban, Anthony Starr, Jack Quaid, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso and Karen Fukuhara. These are familiar faces: Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will make an appearance this season.
The new season can be seen on Prime Video on June 13, with the first three episodes first and then a new episode every week. There are eight episodes in total, the final episode of which will be released online on the streaming service on July 18.
