According to Ben Jacobs, Sport Broadcaster from England, several clubs from Saudi Arabia are persistently pulling at De Bruyne’s sleeve. The Saudis think that an offer of around 100 million euros should be enough to achieve a transfer.

The Saudi league clubs are planning to make a further 5-6 major signings this summer, with around £2 billion allocated to deliver the deals. Kevin De Bruyne is a big target, but Manchester City firmly believe they can keep the Belgian.
