‘Listen presents The Tunnels’ will take place on Sunday, an underground party in the tunnel complex under Louise Square. However, some visitors received a message that their ticket was refunded.
“Just before the announcement of the event and the tickets, we had received approval to use three tunnels,” the organization said. “But about four weeks ago we were told by the competent authorities that we would only receive permission for two tunnels.”
The organization of Listen Festival tried to keep it to three tunnels, but in the end it was jointly decided to hold the event in two tunnels on Sunday. “It is the first time that we are organizing something at that location, so we did not want to take any risks.”
As a result, some adjustments had to be made. “We succeeded, and the event will take place on Sunday as planned. But because there will be slightly less space, we were unfortunately forced to refund some of the tickets.” It is approximately 15 percent.
Some victims stated that only the cheaper early bird tickets were refunded, but that is not correct according to the organization. “A selection was made, and with each wave of tickets, some were refunded.”
