Where you go along Flemish roads, you rarely come across a restaurant with a daily special. But is that correct? HLN looks for the nicest eateries where you can get a hot meal with a good glass of wine. We visited Dali restaurant in Ghent, where a new three-course menu is still on the menu every day. “There are about 50 daily menus available every day, but sometimes they are gone by dinner time,” says employee Sandra Stoops (42). She explains how the restaurant manages everything. And why there is never ‘moussaka’, but ‘minced meat dish with eggplant and tomato sauce’ on the menu.
