Bakers in the making in Paddenbroek in Gooik

Some people try it once and if it fails they stop using it. The result is that no more bread is baked in so many baking ovens.

That is why we organize a training course for bakers at the baking oven in Paddenbroek to learn how to work with a baking oven, with the hope that they in turn can train other people. This used to be a really social event, the whole neighborhood would come together at the oven and then the bread for the whole week would be baked together.
