The maximum temperatures are between 8 degrees in the High Fens and 12 or 13 degrees in Flanders. The wind is blowing moderately to quite strong, with gusts that can reach around 70 km/h.

Wednesday starts heavily cloudy with rain in most areas. During the afternoon it will become partly cloudy with clear spells and showers. The wind is moderate at first, but becomes quite strong to sometimes strong at sea.
