Learning Network Solidum starts

Working at the Solidum group does not only mean openness and appreciation for every discipline. You will also end up in close-knit teams where personal and professional development are priorities.

As part of this professional development, Solidum is starting a Learning Network where its employees can develop their talents and strengthen their careers. Providing the right care at the right time and with expert knowledge is the ambition of this Learning Network and that obviously benefits the residents.

The first Learning Network took place at the AZ Sint-Maria Halle at the end of April. 40 healthcare workers and nurses from Solidum’s 8 residential care centers were present at this workshop. After the welcome with a sandwich and drink, they learned in an interactive manner about the differentiation of pressure ulcers and incontinence injuries. There was also a demo of the latest new preventive materials.

The colleagues from the various WZCs eventually also got to know their colleagues there. The ties between them were strengthened in a nice atmosphere. We are already looking forward to the next Learning Network later this year.
