For the new biopic A complete unknown about Bob Dylan, Warner Bros has managed to get a buzzing name for the leading role: Timothée Chalamet (28). Director James Mangold shared a photo of the American-French actor on set in Manhattan. The story is set in New York in the 1960s, the moment when the legendary folk singer had his breakthrough. Chalamet also recently signed a multi-year deal with Warner Bros, after joining the film studio with Wonka and Dune: part two delivered two big hits.

Lidewij Nuitten has a new member for her virgin club: Rebel Wilson (44). The Australian actress shares in her memoir Rebel Rising that she had sex for the first time when she was 35 years old. She also previously lied to a friend that she had already lost her virginity, “just to get rid of it,” Wilson tells People. She hopes to break a taboo with her story. “People can wait until they’re ready, or until they’re a little more mature,” said Wilson, who believes you “shouldn’t feel pressure.”
Was sentenced to 25 years in prison
Sam Bankman-Fried, crypto exchange founder
32-year-old Sam Bankman-Fried has been sentenced to 25 years in prison by a court in Manhattan. Bankman-Fried founded the bankrupt crypto exchange FTX, and transferred billions in customer funds to his investment fund Alameda Research between 2019 and 2022 – without informing customers. The popular cryptocurrency trading platform collapsed as a result. According to federal prosecutor Damien Willems, who had asked for a fifty-year prison sentence, it was “one of the largest financial frauds in American history.”
