The actor was talking on the phone in a Manhattan coffee shop when a pro-Palestinian woman started filming him with her own phone, clearly trying to lure Baldwin out of his room. She repeatedly asks why he killed Hutchins and isn’t in jail for it.
In October 2021, camerawoman Halyna Hutchins lost her life during the shooting of the film ‘Rust’. This happened due to a shooting incident, in which actor Alec Baldwin accidentally fired. Earlier this month, Hannah Gutierrez, the lead weapons expert for the film “Rust,” was sentenced to 18 months in prison for Hutchins’ death. Baldwin, who produced the film, has also been charged with manslaughter. His case will be heard on July 10.
At first, Baldwin remains calm during the continued provocation, but the footage shows him becoming increasingly agitated as she demands he say, “Free Palestine” and “Fuck Israel.” Alec ends his call and goes to the front door, which he opens so the woman would leave the store, but she ignores him.
Baldwin becomes more frustrated and asks an employee to contact the police, as the woman calls him a “fucking criminal.” The woman continues her verbal attack on Alec, demanding that he say “Free Palestine” once. Finally, Alec loses it and knocks her phone out of her hand, interrupting the video.
