CELEBRITIESDaphne Joy (37), the ex of American hip-hop artist Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson (48), has accused him of rape and physical abuse. The woman made the claims online after he first ridiculed her in a message. ’50 Cent’ denies his ex’s accusations, he tells ‘Page Six’.

The accusations came after Jackson mocked his ex on Wednesday evening. She is said to be one of the sex workers in the lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, which was filed by music producer Rodney Jones. He sued the rapper for sexual abuse.

In the lawsuit, “Diddy” bragged about paying several women monthly for sex work, including Joy, who now has an OnlyFans account. In response, ’50 Cent’ made an Instagram post with the caption: “I didn’t know you were a sex worker. You little sex worker.”

Joy was not pleased with that message and then responded with her own message accusing Jackson of rape and physical abuse. According to her, these events occurred after he filled out the paperwork to gain custody of their son. “Let’s focus on your evil acts of rape and physical abuse,” she posted on Instagram on Thursday. “You are no longer my oppressor and my God will deal with you from now on.”

Jackson denied the allegations in a statement to ‘Page 6’. He claims that Joy is using the statements to gain custody of their son.

Last chance for ’50 Cent’

Joy and Jackson had a relationship in 2011 that ended after just one year. They then publicly fought over custody of their son Sire. For example, Joy claimed in the Instagram post that they moved to New York especially for the rapper. She then gave him the opportunity to be a good father to their son. “You only saw our son 10 times in the two years we lived there,” she accuses him in the message.

Joy also emphasizes that she is tired of defending Jackson’s behavior to her son. “Especially because you never deserved it,” wrote Joy, indicating that his post on Wednesday was the last straw. To this, the rapper responded in ‘Page 6’ that the statements forced him to take legal action to protect his son. “My priority is my son Sire, and I am fully committed to protecting his safety and well-being at this time.”

It is not the first time that he has been accused by Joy of assault. In 2013, the rapper had to appear in court in Los Angeles because his ex accused him of assault and destruction of her apartment. He got off with three years’ probation at the time.
