TVOutreau, a small village in the north of France, was rocked in 2000 when more than 20 children exposed an alleged pedophile network. It started with one family, but resulted in as many as eighteen arrests. However, thirteen accused were ultimately acquitted after a surprising revelation in court. Did the victims make it all up?
