The E313 from Hasselt towards Antwerp was completely blocked on Friday afternoon near Geel, due to a collision between a mobile home and a truck. Two people were injured, one of them in life-threatening condition. In the meantime, an accident also happened in the direction of Hasselt.

On Friday afternoon, two occupants of a mobile home were seriously injured on the E313 near Geel-Oost. One of them is in mortal danger. Due to the accident, the highway towards Antwerp was closed for a while.
The E313 is now free again, but the Traffic Center asks you to take long waiting times into account. The Geel-Oost driveway is still closed to traffic due to repair work. The problem has also been causing a lot of traffic jams in the area locally for a whole day.
In the meantime, an accident has occurred in the opposite direction near Geel-Oost, causing the left lane to be closed. There is a traffic jam from Geel-West.
