Partner Insights, part of the distributor’s PartnerCentral digital marketplace platform, enables partners to monitor key performance metrics and embed a data-driven approach to performance analytics.

By gaining a holistic and consolidated view of transaction data, partners can track trends by geography, end user, product type and more, providing actionable insights and enabling more effective resource allocation and planning.

Key use cases include the ability to monitor how spending on hardware versus software and services at Westcon-Comstor evolves over time. Partners can also compare supplier growth and performance against industry benchmarks.

The launch of Partner Insights follows its publication Bridging the Gap research report from Westcon-Comstor earlier this month, which found that access to the right data is the biggest challenge partners face as they transition to recurring revenue models.

More than half of respondents (59%) strongly agree that the future of distribution lies in providing data-driven insights.

“From our research, we know that many partners are struggling with how to use the data at their fingertips to transform and grow their business. Our goal in launching Partner Insights is to help overcome these challenges,” said Patrick Aronson, Chief Marketing Officer and APAC Executive Vice President at Westcon-Comstor. “By providing a single source of truth for transaction data, we enable partners to make more informed decisions, optimize their operations and compete effectively as they accelerate their journey to an everything-as-a-service (XaaS) future . We are excited to take our data offering to the next level for our partners around the world.”

Partner Insights is available to all Westcon-Comstor partners in all regions, regardless of size, and can be accessed through PartnerCentral.
