After a four-year absence, the Antwerp Collection Cars event will take place again at Antwerp Expo on April 5, 6 and 7. Flanders Collection Cars, the organizer of the classic car fair in Ghent, is breathing new life into the salon and is immediately celebrating three special ‘car birthdays’.
The classic car salon will revolve around three different car brands and anniversaries. This year marks the 110th anniversary of the Italian luxury car manufacturer Maserati. In collaboration with Maserati Club Belgium, a line-up of twelve cars pays tribute to the rich history of the iconic brand. One of the showpieces is the Maserati 6CM from 1937. In addition, Maserati Antwerp will complete the line-up with the latest generation of sports cars, including the MC 20.
Also Italian and also having a birthday: Abarth. In honor of the 75th anniversary, the Abarth Works Museum presents eight special cars. Visitors can discover the Fiat Abarth 030, 750 Sestriere Zagato and 595 SS Competizione at the show.
Moreover, it has been exactly sixty years since the first generation Porsche 911 went into production. The organization is displaying several never-before-seen cars that do justice to the legendary model. 911 Motorsport presents, among others, the 911 Carrera RSR 2.8, 911 Carrera RSR 3.0, 911 SC Belga and 911 SC RS Bastos.
Visitors can also discover numerous other exhibitors. More than three hundred vintage cars are offered for sale.
