2. Chocolate

Milka chocolate, chocolate with nuts and bonbons! Chocolate is known to improve our mood, thanks to the release of dopamine in our brains when consumed. This neurotransmitter makes us feel happy. But did you know that a craving for chocolate can also indicate a magnesium deficiency in your body? Magnesium is essential for various bodily functions, and chocolate is one of its sources. So if you’re craving chocolate, your body might be telling you it needs some extra magnesium!
