The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is a multi-sensory exercise method that simultaneously stimulates several areas of the brain, including vision, hearing, motor skills, speech and memory. Previously, Sport-Z successfully organized a beginners course for Parkinson’s patients. “After this pilot, we decided to start another beginners course. The evaluation points have now been implemented and we have developed a really great program. The participants are very enthusiastic and we see progress in their skills every week. Of course, it sometimes takes some hard work, but the results make up for a lot,” says Heleen van Cronenberg of Sport-Z.
