Vin Diesel asks a Los Angeles judge to dismiss sexual misconduct lawsuit. It was initiated by his former assistant Asta Jonasson.

The 56 year old Fast and the furiousactor filed legal papers this week asking for the case to be dismissed and Jonasson to pay his legal fees. The Hollywood actor says he denies any claims by the plaintiff, and therefore that the plaintiff is not entitled to compensation.

Jonasson filed the lawsuit in December, claiming that Diesel forcibly pulled her onto a bed, groped her breasts and legs and masturbated in a hotel in 2010 during the filming of Fast Five.

Diesel, known for his role of Dominic Toretto in the film franchise, is also said to have tried to pull down her underpants, after which the woman fled to the bathroom. There he allegedly forced her to touch his penis. According to the complaint, Jonasson closed her eyes for fear of angering Diesel further. “She was unable to escape.”

She also sued Diesel for sex discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, hostile work environment and wrongful dismissal. The woman was said to have been fired hours after the incident by Diesel’s sister, who co-manages the actor’s production company One Race Films. Diesel dropped out of the picture when the charges were announced. “This is the first I hear about this. I cannot remember such facts.”
