Employees have found cocaine in products in several supermarkets in Berlin and Brandenburg, ‘Bild’ reports based on police sources.

It is currently unknown how many Berlin supermarkets are affected. In Brandenburg this would involve at least four discounters.

Between 20 and 100 kilograms of drugs are said to have been discovered per supermarket. However, the police are still busy investigating the products in the various discount stores. It is therefore currently unclear how much cocaine is involved in total.

Police units are present en masse to assist with the investigation in the relevant stores, writes ‘Bild’.
