Although the victory of the CSI1* 1.35m Grand Prix did not come in the hands of a Dutch rider, first place still had a Dutch touch. Annelies Vorsselmans also counted on Dutch jumping power to secure a place in the top five.

Of the 60 combinations, only nine of them were able to win a place in the jump-off. With the 7-year-old Grandorado TN son Mojo TN, Bonhof managed to complete the jump-off without mistakes in a time of 32.51. That time turned out to be good for second place because the fastest combination was the American Wilton Porter in the saddle of the 8-year-old Larderello, a KWPN gelding by Arezzo VDL bred by L. Jonkers. Leon Thijssen sent the 9-year-old Epic (Billy Mexico) to the finish in 33.49s and finished third.

The Dutch horses stood out, with Maggie Mae B in four. Under the saddle of the Belgian Annelies Vorsselmans, the 7-year-old daughter of Casall remained clear. A lightning fast time but also a beam in the sand resulted in fifth place for Pim Mulder and Jagger Srk (Untouchable).
