The time has finally come: Joost Klein is already in action at the Eurovision Song Contest today

No surprise

The rehearsal is behind closed doors, but the organization of the Eurovision Song Contest is distributing some images via social media. This already makes it partly clear what Klein plans to do. The artist said upon departure from Schiphol on Monday that he regrets that some things are no longer a surprise. That spoils “the joke” a bit, he said. “You’re not going to film a magician’s rehearsals, are you?”

Creative team

Klein is expected to appear on stage in his now well-known blue suit with pointed shoulders. His act was co-created by Gover Meit, better known as Stefano Keizers. The creative team also consists of Marnix Kaart (direction), Henk Jan van Beek and Joost Wijgers (lighting). Map also provided the images for S10 (2022) and Mia Nicolai and Dion Cooper (2023).

After Tuesday, Klein can rehearse again on Friday. He then has to wait until the dress rehearsal next Wednesday, when his entire semi-final will be completed. The second semi-final will take place a day later.
