Minisforum has announced the AtomMan X7 Ti, a mini PC with a touchscreen. It is the first device under the AtomMan name, a new series of high-end products from the company. The AtomMan X7 Ti can be pre-ordered from May 20.
The AtomMan X7 Ti is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor. It has 22 threads, 16 cores and a maximum clock speed of 5.1GHz. In addition, the computer has a graphic Arc Iris Xe processor with eight Xe cores and eight ray tracing units. The computer also supports XeSS sampling technology, which, according to Minisforum, should make it suitable for playing AAA games, video editing and 3D rendering.
The company says in a press release that the AtomMan X7 Ti will also have a neural processing unit. This should make it possible to support AI language models with up to 200 billion parameters. According to Minisforum, the computer can also generate images from textual inputs in one second.
The mini PC is also equipped with a touchscreen with a diagonal of 4 inches. Users can monitor their system, display the time and set personal themes. The PC also gets a 1080p camera and two digital microphones.
The AtomMan X7 Ti is cooled by a fan and three copper heat pipes. In terms of memory, the mini PC has two DDR5 SO-DIMM memory slots that can accommodate up to 96GB of DDR5 RAM. In terms of storage, users get two M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD slots, good for up to 4TB of storage. In addition, there is an SD expansion slot with speeds of up to 100MB/s.
The computer also has two USB4 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port and a DisplayPort 2.0 port. There is also an OCuLink interface that offers transfer bandwidths of up to 64Gbit/s. Finally, the PC gets Wi-Fi 7 and dual 5G Ethernet ports.
The AtomMan X7 Ti can be pre-ordered from May 20. It is not yet known how much the computer will cost.
