Contemporary Chinese restaurants, such as in Hong Kong, can mainly be found in Paris, London or Amsterdam in Europe. Yet Antwerp should not be left behind, says catering entrepreneur Keith Choi (49). With his brand new restaurant Qin — pronounced ‘Chin’ — he brings the refined cuisine of modern-day China to one of the city’s most famous boulevards. “Foreigners are surprised that they cannot find a contemporary Chinese restaurant in our metropolis.” This is what you can expect on your plate.
