The exhibition ‘James Ensor. Inspired by Brussels’ is the opportunity for visitors to discover lesser-known work by James Ensor, such as the unique Rousseau album. It is part of the collections of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium (KMSKB) and contains intimate letters and drawings from Ensor to the Brussels Rousseau family. The album is very vulnerable and is currently on exceptional (partial) exhibition. In order to restore it as quickly as possible and preserve it for future generations, KBR and the KMSKB are launching a crowdfunding campaign.
