A British superfan of Banksy claims he spotted the world-famous artist in London. Earlier this month, a new work by Banksy surfaced, but not much later it was defaced with paint.

According to the fan, the man looks exactly like Robin Gunningham. It has been claimed for years that he is actually Banksy. It remains to be seen whether those claims are true and whether Banksy would show up in broad daylight to do his own coastal work.
