A few hours before the Met Gala, Doja Cat and her boyfriend Guram decided to go to the Cartier jewelry store for jewelry. And for that outing, Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, as her real name, made a striking clothing choice: she wore only a thong, while a white sheet covered the rest of her body. Her friend Guram shared some photos of her outfit on Instagram with the caption: “My diamond.”

However, the choice of clothing does not receive much support from her fans. “Did you steal the sheet from your hotel room?” someone asks in the comments. “If I walked down the street like that, people would think I was homeless,” another commented. The majority agrees that the rapper mainly imitates the style of Bianca Censori – Kanye West’s wife. She was also previously spotted without underwear and a pillow to cover her body. “Ye did this first,” one fan clarified. “You all commented on Bianca, but now you’re all copying it yourself. For some fans, the outfit was a preview for the Met Gala. There, Doja Cat was inspired by a look she had just gotten out of the pool with. Her eye makeup had smudged and the white Vêtements T-shirt dress looked wet and translucent, making her dress revealing nothing there either.
