James Cooke and Gert Verhulst give a glimpse of their new Summer Revue, to be seen this summer in the Plopsa Theater in De Panne.

The show is one with a large orchestra, large ensemble, dancers and, above all, a lot of humor. Karen Damen and Ruth Beeckmans will also be present. Everything starts with a time machine that Cooke buys on Bol.com. “Because I’m the man to make the stupidest purchases on those special apps,” he explains The seventh day.

“So James bought a time machine there, and all the sketches and songs we perform are based on the time we flash back to. This takes us back to the time of Rubens,” says Verhulst. “Or to the time that ABBA won the Eurovision Song Contest. We even go to the future, to celebrate James’ funeral. He really wanted to see his own funeral.”
