Lizzo will not stop her singing career after all. The American singer has made this clear after she had created the impression in an earlier message.

The singer wrote an emotional message on Instagram on Saturday about the hatred that occurs online. “I’m tired of being dragged along by everyone in my life and on the internet,” he said. “All I want to do is make music and make people happy, and help the world be a little better than how I found it. But I’m starting to feel like the world doesn’t want me in it.”

“I constantly have to compete with lies being told about me for influence and views… Every time I have to be the butt of jokes because of the way I look. My character is being torn apart by people who don’t know me, and my name is being disrespected. I didn’t sign up for this,” Lizzo said. To end with the words “I QUIT”.

Four days of speculation later, the singer now clarifies that she did not announce the end of her music career with those last words. “I’m going to stop paying attention to all that negative energy,” he said in a video. “But I’m not going to stop the great pleasure in my life: making music and connecting people. If I can give just one person the inspiration or motivation to stand up for themselves, then I have done more than I could ever hope for.”
