Rotterdam – The Rotterdam illustrator and architect Magnus Weightman has created a viewing and searching book: ‘Het Park’. The book is about the lives of enthusiasts and residents of a city park, and in particular about the Park at the Euromast in Rotterdam!

At the invitation of the Park Foundation, and in collaboration with Gottmer publishers, Magnus Weightman created the viewing and searching book ‘het Park’. This beautiful book about nature in the city invites children to discover their own living environment. Although it is unmistakably about the Park in Rotterdam, the book is recognizable for every city with a city park.

In Weightman’s striking and detailed style, each illustration contains a puzzle full of storylines, jokes, details and recognizable situations from park life. Previous books are international bestsellers and are now available in more than thirty languages.

The Park is suitable for children from 3 years old and is available at all kinds of bookstores and at De Kleine Kapitein, Parkcafé Parqiet and Dudok in the Park. The first copy was received by councilor Said Kasmi at Dudok in the Park on Wednesday, April 24.
