Putin was sworn in as president of Russia for the fifth time yesterday. He will now in principle remain in power until 2030 and can even add another six years if he wants.

Ramzan Kadyrov was also among the guests. However, in recent weeks there have been new rumors that his health was not going well and that he was even terminal. He is said to suffer from pancreatic necrosis, in which parts of the pancreas die as a result of inflammation.

Kadyrov’s team late last month published unconvincing images showing the leader chairing a meeting to prove that all was well. Another video showed him in the gym, but it is not clear when exactly it was recorded.

The new footage shows Kadyrov climbing a flight of stairs. When he is almost at the top, he partially takes off his coat and two employees have to help him to remove the garment further. Then he moves on. Later he spoke harshly during an interview and said that Kharkiv and Odesa will be destroyed by Russia this month. However, according to international experts, this is highly unlikely.
