The house that Friendsactor Matthew Perry (54) bought a few months before his death, is back on the market. But you will have to pay several million euros for it.

A home owned by actor Matthew Perry is “just moments” from Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills. The actor died suddenly in October, but bought a new property in Los Angeles a few months before his death. And that house is now back on the market.

Perry reportedly never lived there himself, but you may pay several euros more for the link with the famous Friends-actor. Perry bought the house for $4,995,000 (about 4.64 million euros), while the house is now offered for sale for almost 5.2 million dollars (about 4.83 million euros).

The home is described as a “beautiful architectural property” that was built in 1957 and offers classic mid-century modern features including walls of glass, a double-sided fireplace and a central patio. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house spans 2,600 sq ft, with one of the bedrooms converted into a small cinema room and the master bedroom overlooking the pool.

Perry is said to have changed homes regularly in the years before his death. For example, in 2020 he bought a house for 6 million dollars (5.58 million euros) in Pacific Palisades and in 2021 he sold his house in Malibu for 13.1 million dollars (12.2 million euros) and his penthouse in Los Angeles for 21.6 million dollars (20.1 million euros).
