After five years, Vampire Weekend returns to the Netherlands and the band will perform again at the AFAS Live. Ticket sales start on April 5.

Those who are still afraid of missing a live Vampire Weekend show this year can finally breathe a sigh of relief. The indie band will still perform in our little country at the last minute of 2024. A show from the ‘Only God Was Above Us’ tour is scheduled for December 15. The band will also bring along Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul as support act.

The Last Passage of Ezra Koenig and co. dates back five years, when the AFAS Live was also the home base for their concert. In 2019, in addition to a performance at AFAS Live, Vampire Weekend also gave a show at Down The Rabbit Hole. This year, only festival goers who cross over to Barcelona can admire the band on the festival grounds. The Americans have been booked exclusively for the Spanish Primavera Sound. So no other festival performances in Europe this year, but perhaps the band can warm up here for the 2025 bills.

Tickets for this show go on sale on April 5 and cost 50.40 euros. Then the latest album, which bears the same name as the upcoming concert series, will also be released. The European tour (so far) only includes dates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and the Netherlands. Unfortunately, it remains eerily quiet around a Belgian concert.
