The organization of the upcoming summer games is concerned about possible cyber attacks. The pressure at this year’s Games would be 10 times higher than in Tokyo at the previous summer Games, due to the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. But also because cybercriminals have made great strides in recent years.

That is why large-scale preparations are being made. The French intelligence service is even involved. They tested the cyber security of the more than 500 locations for the event by, for example, sending ethical hackers. A special unit of the service will also monitor all threats at a secret location.
