The latest action game from studio 10:10 Games, titled “Funko Fusion”, promises to be a true celebration of fandom.
The studio responsible for Funko Fusion was founded in 2021 and the recently announced game will be their first achievement. And what kind! Funko Fusion mixes the action shooter genre with the popular Funko Pops! You can watch the first images in the trailer above and they look promising!
Playable in 3rd person perspective, Funko Fusion allows players to play as over 60 unique playable characters, all styled in the signature Funko Pop! style. These characters come from more than 20 beloved franchises, including Jurassic World, Back to the Future, and Masters of the Universe.
‘Funko Fusion’ is an action-adventure game, available as a single-player and online co-op experience, that pays tribute to NBCUniversal’s extensive portfolio of beloved worlds and the quirky Funko Pop! interpretations of the figures who inhabit these worlds. In the game, players will celebrate their favorite films and television series from a wide range of more than 20 franchises: from blockbuster films such as ‘Jurassic World’, ‘Jaws’, ‘Back to the Future’, ‘The Thing’, ‘Shaun of the Dead’, and ‘Chucky’, to popular television series such as ‘Battlestar Galactica’, ‘The Umbrella Academy’ and ‘Masters of the Universe’, among many others.

Funko Fusion promises a unique gaming experience where fans can not only explore their favorite universes but also actively participate in a story that connects all franchises. Players can thus traverse iconic worlds. The game will be available on Xbox Series X|S from September 13, 2024.
