Club Brugge has had a patent on wing attackers for years. Even now, there are many talented wingers in Jan Breydel. However, some of them are in danger of leaving the nest, and so Blauw-Zwart is already looking for possible successors.

Michal Skoras will probably remain in post for a while, but Antonio Nusa, Andreas Skov Olsen and Ferran Jutglà are regularly linked with a transfer. That is why Dévy Rigaux is already keeping his eyes open for fresh blood on the flanks.

Club wants Langoni

The new director of football affairs is not only clearly proactive, as announced in advance he also seems to have a soft spot for the South American market. Defender Zaid Romero should become the next acquisition.

Who knows, maybe the first Argentinian in Bruges club history will immediately be joined by a fellow countryman. According to local media, Club also has an eye on Luca Langoni, currently working at Boca Juniors.

Hefty price tag

Despite his young age, the 22-year-old wing attacker has so far scored 11 goals and four assists in 62 appearances. His market value is estimated at just under five million, although that amount will probably not be sufficient.

Not only is Langoni contracted to his current employer until the end of 2027, but that contract also included a buyout clause of no less than 15 million. Wondering whether Club is prepared to put a sum on the table in that order of magnitude.
