It leaked earlier this week, but it has now become official. Ferrari has announced a partnership with HP. The company becomes Ferrari’s title sponsor, meaning the team will now officially be known as ‘Scuderia Ferrari HP’. The deal will already take effect in Miami.
The HP logos will already be visible on the cars and team clothing at the Miami circuit. The logos will also be visible on the racing suits of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc. In Miami, the Ferrari cars will certainly look different, because the team will celebrate their American history there. The HP logos can also be seen on the cars here. According to the rumors from earlier this week, this is one of the biggest deals in modern Formula 1.
HP’s logos will also be featured on the drivers’ cars in the ESports Championships and on Maya Weug’s car in the F1 Academy. Ferrari and HP will also collaborate on a technical level. Earlier this week, the deal was already compared to the collaboration between Red Bull Racing and title sponsor Oracle.
