Here is the full report of the Licensing Commission: only five (!) Belgian professional clubs will not be monitored in the near future – Football News

--

The Licensing Committee has made the first decisions. Three clubs will not receive a professional license (for the time being). But what about the other clubs?

We previously wrote that KV Oostende, Patro Eisden Maasmechelen and Francs Borains have not received a professional license. RFC Liège only received an entry ticket for the Challenger Pro League.

That’s not all. The Licensing Committee has announced that the three above-mentioned clubs will start next season with a points handicap of three points.

Standard will be followed up in the coming months, but nothing more. However, it seemed to be the end of it The Rouches close in recent days. Antwerp FC must then cough up a fine of 50,000 euros.

Equally striking: only five clubs received no comments from the Licensing Committee and will not be followed up in the coming months. These are Club Brugge, KAA Gent, Union SG, KRC Genk and Sporting Charleroi.

Which clubs should be on their toes in the coming months?

All other professional clubs – of the traditional G5 this is only RSC Anderlecht – will be placed under supervision in the near future. In the case of Purple and White, it is mainly the financial regulations that must be followed.
