YouTube channel Nerdforge has built a working PC with a built-in coffee grinder and burner. The YouTube duo wants to use the device daily and promises to provide updates on its operation.

The Nerdforge duo started with a Corsair 1000D as the case. They built a custom coffee grinder and coffee maker at the front. They also had to trim the Corsair 1000D to make room for the coffee equipment. In addition, they finished the housing with stained wood both inside and out. The PC includes an Intel Core i7-14700K and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

When building the computer, they took a number of potential problems into account. To prevent excessive humidity and heat in the case, they made sure that the computer’s airflow is from the rear fans to the front. This way, the hot coffee air does not come close to the components.

The housing is also equipped with sensors that ensure that coffee cannot be made if there is no coffee cup under the machine. In this way, Nerdforge wants to prevent coffee from accidentally spilling in the machine. There is also an Arduino in the system, which synchronizes the timing of the coffee grinder and the coffee maker.

The YouTuber has planned to use the coffee PC daily in the future. Nerdforge promises to provide updates on social media to demonstrate how the device works after a few months. The YouTuber also wants to demonstrate what adjustments are needed to the PC.
