A kidnapped woman has been found in the French city of Montpellier thanks to an attentive couple. The couple found a note on the street with a clear message: “I am being held. Please call the police.” At first Doaa and Kévin don’t know what is happening to them and doubt whether it is a joke. The couple ultimately decides to take the note seriously and hands it over to a police patrol. The police then find a kidnapped woman at the address stated on the paper. She was also beaten by her partner.
