NPO Radio 2’s market share has fallen from 14.5 to 13.0 percent. The public channel remains the market leader. However, the gap with number two, Qmusic, is not large: 0.8 percentage points. This is evident from the NMO listening figures for week 18.
NPO Radio 1 is the big winner in week 18: the channel gains 0.6 percentage points in market share, making it the biggest gainer. In addition to Radio 2, where a week earlier the ‘Royal 500’ actually led to an increase in market share, Sky Radio also dropped considerably: -0.9 percentage points.
