WHAT ABOUT STREAMZ?

Warner Bros. and HBO initially had a deal with Streamz in Belgium, but that is slowly ending. Recent HBO series that were released on Streamz last year will remain on the platform for a while. This is due to a license period of 6 to 12 months that varies from series to series. To give an example: ‘The Regime’ will remain available until March 3, 2025, and ‘True Detective: Night Country’ will remain available until July 14, 2024.

This also applies to series that will be released between today and June 30, 2024. In concrete terms, this means that the second season of ‘House of the Dragon’ will be available in its entirety on Streamz, at the same time as the US release. ‘House of the Dragon’ season 2 will remain available on Streamz for 12 months after broadcast.

HBO series that were released before July 2023 will no longer be available on Streamz from July 1, 2024. When a Streamz series disappears, this will always be clearly communicated on the platform. On the program page of the series, viewers will receive a message at least 29 days in advance stating how much time they have left to watch the series on Streamz.
