ZWEVEGEM – Three brand new SME projects have been launched in the West Flemish Zwevegem, Vichte and Dadizele. These developments promise a boost for local activity. Panorama Bedrijfsvastgoed, which is exactly ten years old, will be responsible for the sale of the logistics business real estate. The service company has focused on the sale of all kinds of real estate: with a combination of residential-work real estate, logistics, industrial, office and commercial spaces. But land also shapes specialization. Initially, Panorama Vastgoed is focused on West and East Flanders, with an additional focus on the triangle of Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp.

In Zwevegem (see photo), this concerns 18 SME units along the Gauwelstraat, where the Maertens wood drying plant was a symbol of craftsmanship for decades. The SME project ‘Zeus’ is now being resurrected on this historic site. The units have a surface area of 127 m² to 278 m², which can be combined to +/- 900 m². The location, just 10 kilometers from the E17 entrance and exit Kortrijk-Oost, offers optimal accessibility.

The SME project in Vichte (Reynaert site) will be located on the grounds of a former textile company and offers 15 SME units with surfaces from 215 m² to 430 m², which can be combined to +/- 1,950 m². These shell storage areas, with fire class C and a clear height of 6 meters, are fully equipped. Certain units are equipped with windows, ideal for building an office/showroom. The planned delivery is scheduled for the end of 2024.

Finally, in Dadizele there are 14 SME units, close to the Meensesteenweg. The units vary from 180 m² to 275 m² and are expandable to +/- 3,000 m². The expected delivery here is in the first quarter of 2025.

Offer chances

“All these SME projects offer an opportunity for growth and development for entrepreneurs in different sectors,” says real estate agent Simon Goddeeris of Panorama Bedrijfsvastgoed. “This allows them to establish themselves in brand new as well as high-quality buildings, which can only benefit their success. the coming years.”
