#2. FRANQ hotel, Belgium

You will find it in Antwerp Hotel FRANQ which is located in a former bank building from the 18th century. Special, because you can see the remains of the original columns that have been incorporated into the interior. The hotel, which has a star restaurant of the same name, also does a great job water saving and therefore has a Made Blue certificate.

#3. Hotel Jakarta, Amsterdam

The boutique hotel Orphanage is located in a national monument with a romantic courtyard filled with old trees. The restaurant LIZZ is part of the boutique hotel and collaborates with regional suppliers, like the cheesemonger around the corner. Dairy, eggs, butter, fresh juices and many vegetables come from suppliers in Gouda or neighboring areas. Oh, and LIZZ recently received its first Michelin star.
