LtdHe was insecure about it for a long time, but now singer Tom Dice (34), real name Tom Eeckhout, is proud of his head of hair. He shared photos of his successful hair transplant, which he underwent more than six months ago, via social media. Tom openly shares his experiences to help others in a similar situation.
Ever since he was 21, Tom noticed that he was becoming increasingly bald, which led to increasing insecurity. But now that he has had a hair transplant, he is much more confident. He wants to help others who are thinking of following his example.
“Recently I have received hundreds of messages from men and women with the same insecurities and doubts. A large part of them have now also decided to do this,” he writes with the photos. “I originally didn’t think my posts would have so much influence on other people; that just gives me confirmation that this was the right thing to do.”
‘No more worries’
He is very pleased with the results. “From now on, when I take a bow on stage under the spotlight, I will never have to worry about what people think when they see my bald head, because it is no longer there,” he shares. “I couldn’t be happier with this unexpected outcome.”
Tom Dice is not the only famous face to have had a hair transplant. Previously, Nicolas Liébaert, chef Wout Bru, former ‘Familie’ actor Gunther Levi and former cyclo-cross rider Niels Albert also shared their positive experiences.
