Tom Cruise and his ex-girlfriend Elsina Khayrova have split due to an interview that Khayrova’s ex gave to the DailyMail gave. Sources report this to the entertainment website Page Six.

In the interview, diamond trader Dmitry Tsvetkov said that Cruise had to be careful with his new girlfriend. Tsvetkov describes Cruise as his “favorite actor” and says he has watched ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ no less than thirty times. He warns the Hollywood star that he should keep “his eyes and wallet open” because Khayrova is said to have expensive taste.
A source reports Page Six that the team around Cruise was concerned about these statements. “He is busy filming (Cruise is currently shooting the eighth ‘Mission: Impossible’ film, which is expected in theaters next year, ed.) and cannot tolerate him being mentioned in the press all the time,” the source said. “The team does not want the ex-husband to have something unpleasant to say every so often.”

The 61-year-old actor and 36-year-old Khayrova were first seen together in December. Cruise has been married three times: from 1987 to 1990 to Mimi Rogers, from 1990 to 2001 to Nicole Kidman and from 2006 to 2012 to Katie Holmes.
