The horses ran at a fast pace through the streets of the British capital, colliding with several vehicles. A bus was seriously damaged, but a passenger car was also damaged. One horse was filmed near Tower Bridge with blood on its neck, chest and legs.

A total of five people were injured at three different locations in London. Fortunately, all escaped horses could be recaptured.

The Household Cavalry is one of the oldest parts of the British Army. The regiment often sees action at public events in London, such as the coronation of the King.
