The jury praised the complexity of the development project, the excellent mix of retail, catering, services and facilities, plus the strong social function of the shopping center as a lively meeting point in the heart of the community. It is an inspiration to modernize and expand a neighborhood shopping center from the 1970s, against the trend, not only in surface area but also in catchment area and visitor numbers. Special appreciation was given for the investments and efforts in sustainability and the genuine passion of the team during all stages of the nomination process.
