ERMELO/OSS The second placement competition for the National Championships trampolining for the Honorary and First Division jumpers was held last Saturday in Oss. The jumpers from Sparta Ermelo showed great results

Among the senior ladies in the Eredivisie, there was a bronze medal for Eline Westhuis. Synchronized, Westhuis surprisingly managed to score gold with FlikFlak partner Megan Brouwers. Emy Engel individually achieved 13th place in the final ranking.

Chemène Hazelof jumped to third place among the junior girls in the Eredivisie. Together with partner Thirza van Boxtel, she scored silver in the synchronized event. Van Boxtel, as a newcomer in the Premier League, finished 7th in the final rankings.

Twan Rieksen jumped a good competition in the Eredivisie junior boys. With two stable preliminary rounds, Rieksen jumped to fifth place. He managed to maintain this position in the final.

FIRST DIVISION

The senior ladies First division has an unprecedentedly large field of almost thirty ladies. Lara Wolkenfelt managed to record the highest score with her second exercise. This intermediate score is important for her positioning for the National Championships. In the final round she had to adjust the last jump, which caused her to drop to fourth place. Synchronized, Wolkenfelt unexpectedly won gold with her sister Ilse. Caro Binnerts finished 18th individually, but managed to achieve a nice 5th place with Springbok partner Julianne van Veen.

Britt Kroon and Ilse Wouters jumped their tournament among the junior girls. Kroon managed to climb from 5th place to second place in the final round. Wouters achieved an excellent 11th place in the final rankings with two thorough exercises.

Other results: Ilse Wolkenfelt (15), Sofie van Beekhuizen (24), Merel van de Kamp (26); Synchronized: Wouters-Van de Kamp (11th).

In two weeks, the Honorary and First Division jumpers will jump their last qualifying competition, after which it will be known who will qualify for the National Championship finals, which will take place on June 22 and 23 in AHOY Rotterdam.
