Groningen online printing company PeterPrint proves that printing still has a future. This successful printer for designers, illustrators and designers has experienced so much growth in recent years that they were ready for a rebranding. PeterPrint therefore recently launched their new brand and brand new website. The big cities are full of bright pink posters announcing the launch.

PeterPrint is an online, digital printing company with its headquarters in Groningen, but is active throughout the country and Belgium. All kinds of designers, illustrators and marketing agencies have known where to find PeterPrint for years. PeterPrint has been active since 2013 and continues to grow every year. During corona times they took over the DPP printing company, bringing the total number of employees of the group to 50. Turnover continued to grow by 20-25% per year, even during corona times. The corporate identity had largely remained the same over the years, but that has now changed.

“We have grown as a company through our personal approach and making complicated products easy,” explains Ferry, founder of PeterPrint. “With our new corporate identity, we not only want to renew our visual identity, we also want our customers to inspire each other to create special things. Because we don’t think from the printing company’s perspective but from the customer’s perspective, we do things very differently from normal printing companies.”

What is striking about PeterPrint’s rebranding is the ode to the most important aspect of beautiful printing: the designer. A wonderful example of this is PeterPrint’s Sample Book: a book to compare paper, but designed by almost forty of its creative customers. Each type of paper has its own design. The Sample Book is a great success: in just a few weeks, the bright pink book, with holographic foil printing on the spine, has been ordered more than 900 times.

Half of these designers are also captured in cinematic style in a series of inspiring portrait videos. These videos give you a unique glimpse into the normally hidden creative studios of designers.

PeterPrint tries to make ordering printed matter as fun and easy as possible. Even though it is a webshop, customers appreciate the personal approach and you will still get someone on the phone for advice. In addition, PeterPrint offers many unique paper types, eye-catching finishes and ordering options that are not always found with competitors.

With the rebranding, PeterPrint emphasizes that it is not the printing company but the designer who makes the end result unique. A printing company can only support and encourage this by offering as many options as possible. With this innovation, PeterPrint is taking a step forward in the world of online printing. And the next step is already ready. PeterPrint is looking forward to its expansion into Germany, which is planned for next year.

The new PeterPrint webshop can now be viewed at www.peterprint.nl.
