If you are an Android user, there is a good chance that you use the Google Photos app. This is being further developed by Google and you will soon have a useful option.
Like many other apps, the Google Photos app provides you with reminders. The app shows what you did on a day in the past to help you revive things.
Can it be a little less?
There is a chance that there are people you don’t want to see again at all and certainly not in a memory. Google Photos has a solution for this. In the setting you can exclude people and even animals from this memory. The app maps all faces (if you give permission). By selecting the faces you would rather not see anymore, you exclude them and no longer see them.
Seeing someone or not seeing someone at all are of course two extremes. There are people or animals who fall in between, take your ex partner for example. If you have shared joys and sorrows with him or her for a number of years, this person will often appear. If you find that a bit too much, you can later turn it back a bit using the ‘Show Less’ function.
Video Enhance
We expect more improvements to this app. There are indications that in addition to photos, you can also improve videos in terms of lighting and the like. With this ‘Improve your Video’ function you can optimize a video in terms of lighting and the like with a single press of a button.
